Massage
The aim behind these treatments is relaxation (so if you’re looking for a Sports massage, you might want to check out the “Soft tissue Therapy“ page).

Tech neck.
£50 [1hr] x1 flip
For those with necks locked into the ‘staring-at-the-computer-for-too-long’ position. If you’re suffering from tension headaches or tight shoulders, the Tech neck is the one for you.
Starting face-down, we’ll work through all the layers of your upper back muscles until we’re able to address those deep knots. Then you’ll flip over and we’ll do some detailed work into all your neck muscles and their attachments on the base of your skull. To finish we’ll loosen off your pecs with some soothing techniques (tight chest muscles can pull on your neck muscles) and carry the relaxation down to your arms.
NBS.
£50 [1hr] No flip
The NBS (aka “No Bull Sh*t” aka “Neck, Back & Shoulders”), might as well be called the flop. Face down, lights out, this treatment is everything you’d expect from a back massage.
Lie face down on the bench and close your eyes whilst we systematically work through all the muscles from your neck to your lower back.
Lower Back buster.
£35 [40min] No flip
As you might’ve already guessed from the name, this is for all of you dealing with lower back pains or aches. When my monthly time rolls around, I get really bad LB pains, so I’m always wishing someone would massage the hell out of the aches & pains. The Lower back buster is my ode to all the ladies out there.
You’ll lie face down as we target all the muscles from your waist down. When they’ve all been loosened up, we’ll move onto some deep work on your glutes (it’s common for tight upper glute to cause tension on your lower back), before returning to the lower back to go over all the hotspots.

Back-to-back.
£80 [1h 40] x1 flip
A detailed, full shebang back massage of your dreams. The “back-to-back” hits all the areas targeted in the ‘Tech neck’, ‘NBS’ & ‘LB buster’. No hotspot is missed.
Starting face-down,
Tired Legs.
£50 [1hr] x1 flip
If you’re looking for a treatment that’ll give you that ‘walking-on-a-cloud’ feeling, this is it!
You’ll start off face down. We’ll gently work through the layers of your hamstring, IT bands, glutes and calves before flipping you over. Then we’ll massage down your quads & shins in the same way, working through the muscle layers, before finishing with some deep work into the flexors in the soles of your feet (for maximum float-i-ness).
The massage guide.
-
When you enter the treatment room, we'll have a little discussion about what pressure you like, if there's any areas in particular that need extra focus, and if you have any really tender areas that should be avoided.
Then, if you're having an upper body treatment, I'll ask you to remove your top (keeping your bra on), and if you're having the "Tired Legs" then I'll get you to remove your trousers & socks (pants on).
Please make sure to arrive in a bra with a clasp at the back and straps that you can slip off your shoulders.
-
If you can't have massage due to medical reasons, you're likely already aware from your doctors' advice.
However, for those unsure, I may not be able to treat you if you have any of the following; DVT, open wounds, certain skin conditions (e.g. severe eczema with open wounds/ warts), heart problems, or recent operations/ broken bones/ severe injuries.
-
You may experience some light headedness or tiredness post treatment, so make sure to stay hydrated.
I don't use extreme pressure, so there shouldn't be any injury, but it's common for tender areas to become more inflamed after agitation from massage, so please be aware of that.
-
Make sure you arrive in clothes that are comfortable and convenient for you to remove. Also (if this applies to you) ensure that you wear a bra with a clasp at the back, & straps that you can slip off your shoulders.
Please arrive with clean skin (i.e. not fresh from the gym).
Have a bottle of water in your car to drink post-treatment, and if you're prone to light-headedness, you might want to bring a snack with you too.
